Mark Kelland graduated from Kingston-upon-Thames Polytechnic with a BA in Fine Art. Originally from Lyme Regis he moved to Stroud in the 1980s. Mark worked mainly to commission selling work locally and internationally until 2000 when he qualified as a teacher and took up a post with Stroud College. He now teaches independently and believes in setting firm foundations, as such he teaches techniques in a wide range of media.
