After a long career as a Modern Linguist and a College Lecturer. Barbara studied Art and Design at Stroud College. Her interests are painting, drawing and printmaking. Barbara's artwork often reflects her love of wild places and is influenced by her extensive travels in such areas of the UK and Europe. She uses a variety of media to recreate the textures and atmospheres of the locations she chooses to depict. Her work is displayed at various local art exhibitions.
